Our fixed plate dance pole is a perfect choice for home studios, clubs, training rooms, and other venues. It offers enhanced safety and stronger load-bearing capacity. With a 45mm( 1.77inch) diameter, it fits ceilings ranging from 7.3 to 8.86feet. The package includes 2 extension poles and a height adjuster, allowing you to customize the pole to your ceiling height.

Before installing your dance pole, ensure there is sufficient clearance around it. Have a stable surface to stand on and gather the necessary tools and hardware, including a drill, screws, anchors, a spirit level, a measuring tape, and a ladder or stool if your ceiling is high. It is also recommended to clean the area and remove any obstacles or hazards that could interfere with your dancing.

Mark and drill the holes (only on the ceiling):

 Determine the best location for your pole and mark the points for drilling. Ensure the holes are evenly spaced and aligned with the center of the pole. Use a spirit level to guarantee that the pole will be vertical and not tilted. Drill the holes with the appropriate bit size and insert anchors if necessary.

Install the top plates: 

The top plates secure the pole to the ceiling and floor. Attach the top plate to the ceiling using screws and a wrench or pliers. Ensure the plates are tight and flush with the surface.If your ceiling is higher than 8.86 feet, we also can provide extra extensions, which is 125mm (4.92inch),250mm(9.84inch), 500mm(19.7inch) and 1000mm(39.4inch) . Please do make sure your have get the exact ceiling height before placing the order.

Assemble and test the pole: 

Once the top plates are installed, connect the pole sections and lock them in place following the manufacturer's instructions. Place the bottom base on the ground and tighten the pole extension. After assembling the pole, give it a gentle shake and test its stability. If it wobbles or bends, adjust the screws or pole extensions as needed.
